About Us
Boutique Bubs is a fully approved provider of childcare, early learning and kindergarten services which is privately operated by highly experienced owners who are actively involved in the operation of the Centre.
Being privately owned with many experienced, long serving and dedicated educators enables us to be highly flexible in meeting the individual needs of your child in a caring and professional environment.
Our learning based programs include many excursions and incursions to stimulate and challenge your child's imagination. We apply the Victorian Government's Early Years Learning Framework as a platform upon which we build.
Our renovated, easily accessible premises is located on the corner of Bluff Road and Thomas Street in Hampton. Our Centre is full of natural light, air-conditioned, fresh and fully equipped to provide a stimulating learning environment.
We provide breakfast, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea and ensure that our food menu is nutritionally balanced with an emphasis on fresh produce.
The owner/operators of the Centre are Yvette and Elizabeth. Yvette is an experienced and committed child care professional. Yvette has 10 years experience in childcare, starting her career as a carer and educator before moving into the role of Director. Before operating her own Centre. Yvette spent many years in senior managerial/operational roles for large scale childcare operators including the largest private operator at the time. Elizabeth supports Yvette and is responsible for all administrative matters in relation to the Centre. Elizabeth has a background in professional training and administration.

Our owners are ably supported by our Centre Director, Lesley, who has 12 years experience and her Assistant Director, Corrie, who has 10 years experience in the childcare industry. Both Lesley and Corrie have been with Boutique Bubs for 8 years. This experienced team is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of care and education in a safe environment.
Boutique Bubs also prides itself on its appropriately qualified, professional and caring educators and kindergarten teacher. Our staff are fully immunized and trained/qualified in first aid and asthma and anaphylaxis treatment. We encourage and support (including financially) our staff to continue their personal and professional development through formal study and on-the-job training.

Our Philosophy
Our philosophy is a direct reflection of the foundations, beliefs and values that we hold strong as a family owned and operated service. In collaboration with our families, educators and our greater community we will offer each and every child the opportunity to access exceptional quality education, learning and care.
Each child’s voice is paramount to enriching our program, learning style, curriculum and relationships. The first five years of each individual child’s learning journey is incredibly important in shaping their ongoing learning journey to be a positive and rewarding one. We will be with them each step of the way to guide and reassure them.
The very important fundamentals underpinning the way we care for your child are:
Boutique Bubs is committed to being a premier provider in childcare early learning and education which is acknowledged by our teachers, parents and others in the childcare industry.

Our Vision
At Boutique Bubs we recognize that every child is unique intellectually, physically, emotionally, cognitively and culturally. Our play-based programs are designed to take account of these differences and build on existing skills and experience in a safe, stable and secure environment. These programs are delivered by our appropriately qualified, professional, caring and respectful educators. Our goal is to provide a strong foundation for future educational and life skills development.
As a privately owned Centre in the Bayside area we aim to instil a strong sense of community in our children and a number of our learning-based activities are designed to support local charities.
Many of our learning activities have a focus on our environment and sustainability and we are continually introducing changes to the operation of our Centre to reduce its environmental footprint.
Childcare and early learning is a highly regulated environment. We ensure that we comply and endeavour to exceed the standards prescribed.
